A perfect one day introduction to rock climbing. We believe that everyone can enjoy rock climbing, and our goal is to get first-timers hooked on this fantastic sport. Come enjoy a fun and complete introduction to your climbing career.

Climbing skills you will learn:

Introduction to basic terminology; Introduction of rock climbing gear; Selection of rock climbing gear; Belayer/Climber commands and rope work; Rock climbing techniques; Movement on the rock; Learning to rappel; Introduction to lead climbing

Take the level II for ongoing and continued training and education.  Or, just join a class for the shear enjoyment of climbing.  Regardless of your background, you will have the opportunity to improve all of the following.

Climbing skills you will learn:

Movement skills on the rock (face, friction, and crack); Various Belay skills for a variety of crag configurations; Learn to follow a traditional lead; Introduction to top rope Anchors;
