The Mt Baker Back country is legendary. Our single day Back country ski tours is our most popular winter program and always just silly amounts of fun. Tours start at the Mt Baker Ski Area’s upper parking. We will keep you safe in the endless back country terrain while finding the best quality snow and terrain of the day appropriate for the groups skill level, fitness and snow pack stability. Join PE for guided back country ski tours in one of the greatest playgrounds on earth.

Joseph challenged us and made sure that we got good terrain on my first ever backcountry touring experience. Patient guy and if you’re keen to learn…he’s got a wealth of knowledge. He takes safety really seriously which is obviously important in the backcountry and one of the main reasons you would decide to head out with a guide.

It was a fun day. I’d highly recommend it.
